The CIVIVI Orthrus Fixed Blade Knife is a unique fixed/Karambit style blade, designed by Tony Sentmanat from RealWorld Tactical. This knife has a button in the middle of the handle that allows you to slightly curve the blade to give it a Karambit style tactical option. The finger ring of the blade also features a glass breaker to quick get out of sticky situations.
